Does anyone remember the name of an old Nintendo game?

The game had you attacking castles and defending your own. You had to first take down the walls and shoot archers out of the windows. Then you had to fight soldiers in the castle till a bar ran out and you then took over the castle. It has been bugging the mess out of me because I used to play the game a lot and now I can't remember the name to save my life.
