I am going to be buying some easton powerflight arrows, what size should i get.?

For my 32 pound recurve bow, should i buy size 300, 340, 400 or 500, arrows? One of the experienced archers at my club said that this is actualy a measurement of how much it bends, the higher the number the more it bends, and that i would be better off getting the highest number ones with my tiny bow. But i just want another opinion before i buy.
