What does this mean? was i answered (christian question)?

i prayed to god that he burn 10 new commandments in my arm and that i will tell the world, i prayed that i would wake up with one new commandment a day. but when i woke up their was nothing on my arm but a voice in my head said "God knows best, do not question god, the testimony had been done, thow shall not writhe." what does this mean did god talk to me? i dont know a few of those words but i googled them and they are real.
