Yugioh! Help With My Deck Please.?

To be honest, screw all the syncros and all the new cards. To have an amazing deck u need to use the old cards. My buddies all use the new cards and my deck is all old cards and I win every time. To much is required to get syncros out. By the time the get the cards they need, I can have my strongest monsters out destroying them
