if he doesnt text you first but when you text him and talk he tries to keep conversation going, like when it dies he just asks you so whats up? and he uses a lot of smiley faces and flirts a little and asks about you some. he added me on fb and then i messaged him asking who he was then we started talking and i asked if we could text instead and he said yeah whats your number? ill text you! plus he seems like a really excited person. he always uses ! and stuff. whats it mean? ive never actually met him...
