Are those "get your free ipad2!" advertisements true?

Well, I was on fb and I looked at one guys post that said, "Hey, ____! I just got my new ipad2 in the mail and I'm loving it!!! I got it here. It is from AtHomeGirftRewards.com, I already have an ipad2, but my brother always wanted one...it asks for my address ( for shipment)? Do these things really work? Or are they just going give away your address and not even give you an iPad?
