I need help/advice, please anyone? :) not too long to read hehe?

Cut out all carbs in your diet because that's what your body is feeding off of instead of fat..so that means no bread, pasta, chips, or anything with starch try to avoid fruit fore they contain sugar but eat plenty of vegetables and drink plenty of water..you'll feel like **** for the first 3 days but after a while you'll feel great and also try to get some exercise in..just go Walking...you'll feel a different good luck :)
