Do you think this creep is stalking me!?

First.. Tries to add me on fb.. I ignored it.. Then I hear that he tells ppl to for me to accept his friend request or add him.. And that he's curious of me and asks where i like to hang out and if I go he'll go if not he won't go.. Then he makes multiple fake accounts on fb just to be friends with me..I blocked him and all if the false accounts.. He creeps around the mall that I usually go and hopes to run into me.. Tell me now is this werido stalking me?? He's really werid and ugly he only is trying to get at me.. For hearing that I was talking to his cousin whom he's not close to at all.. I have no interest and I'm afraid to go back to the mall..
