Do i have a right to be mad at him? GIRLS ONLY.?

I asked him if something was wrong, if i annoyed him and is there something wrong with our relationship by fb message bc i cant text him or skype him (long distance). he replied that he "im fine, im sorry if i hurt you and i love you and im not annoyed at you at all." i said "its ok thats good to hear. is there something wrong with our relationship tho?" and he didnt reply and its been 3 days. i know he has gotten the message bc he has been on facebook. do i have the right to be mad?
