FB:PREVIOUSLY SELECTED CERTAIN PEOPLE WHOSE UPDATES I WANTED TO RECEIVE AS SMS.HOW DO I RESET THESE SETTINGS?

want to reset these settings and make it as default.need all the updates.the only thing i can think of is doing manually,is there a direct option?
