If your looking to loose weight really fast i recommend the sacred heart diet. You can loose up to 7lb in just 3 days. But if you wanna loose weight gradually without having to stick to a diet so much just do 20mins of exercise before you eat breakfast in the morning and eat fruit as a snack if your hungry. Try to cut out sweets and bread for a while maybe a week then reward yourself with a small sweet. If you stick to this you WILL loose weight. Hope this helps(:
